IMPORTANT: We encourage you to not passively watch this, but instead take detailed notes on statistics and principles that will help you in educating others as to the seriousness of this global health epidemic.  Aside from gathering statistics, please pay special attention to the history of what is referred to as the “McGovern Report” as it will be referred to in other e-Learning Modules. It is also our hope that through the course of the documentary, the lies that have been perpetuated for over 30 years will be corrected. Specifically, that our current metabolic health epidemic needs to be solved with more science breakthroughs, more advanced medications, more exercise equipment and more properly processed foods. On the topic of our metabolic disease epidemic, here at the Institute, we firmly stand behind the science that supports that facts that:

  • We cannot process our way out of this epidemic 
  • We cannot medicate our way out of this epidemic
  • We cannot exercise our way out of this epidemic 
  • We cannot “science discovery” our way out of this epidemic 

We have dug these graves one bite at a time and our only recourse is to radically change the mindset of food in every person in our families and communities and pray that we are able to change that mindset before it is too late.

The second point we want you to recognize is the fact of how poor of a marker a “calorie” is in determining the quality or benefit of food. Lastly, make sure you understand the connection between inflammation, insulin and obesity and the lie that obesity is simply fixed with just a little less food and little more exercise.
